Ecommerce Manager

About the Role

As an eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive revenue growth and improve overall performance. You will oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, execute growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is suited for professionals who are data-driven, organized, and comfortable owning revenue performance across digital sales channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms and online sales channels
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and external partners
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior
• Implement strategies to improve revenue, traffic, and retention
• Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking
• Maintain documentation and processes related to eCommerce operations Preferred Qualifications
• 4 to 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online sales management
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools
• Experience managing online revenue and performance metrics
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Base Salary: USD $85,000 to $120,000 annually
