Hello, Role: Data Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite) Client : Nagarro Duration: This is a 3-month contract role with subject to extension. This is a complete 5-day-a-week onsite role. Visa Type : Payrate: $60-64/hr on C2C all inclusive Interview Process- There will be 2 rounds of interview. One internal Nagarro interview, followed by client interview.

J ob Description: We are looking for a Data Analyst with 5-8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, and experience transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and AI-driven analytics is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and conduct root cause analysis to support business decisions.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to support analytics initiatives.
  • Support predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, and business performance monitoring.
  • Document business rules, metrics definitions, and analytical processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams. Key Skills we are looking for: Python, Power BI and Snowflake Required Skills:
  • Strong SQL and data analysis expertise Python (Pandas, Num. Py) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel and data reporting skills
  • Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Statistical analysis and business metrics interpretation
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Big. Query, or Synapse
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
  • Exposure to Generative AI, AI-powered analytics, and natural language querying
  • Knowledge of Py. Spark and large-scale data processing
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance practices
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and forecasting techniques
  • Experience with Streamlit, Jupyter Notebooks, and self-service analytics platforms Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles. Must have skills: Snowflake
