You will serve as the Director of Civilian Human Resources in the Total Force Manpower Department, Civilian Human Resources Division of COMMANDER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: delivering civilian federal human resources (HR) services such as: providing strategic HR and workforce planning, developing and executing HR strategies, preparing business cases to support HR initiatives and supporting workforce shaping efforts, activity realigning and restructuring; creating and issuing regulatory guidance, standards, and procedures for the management and direction of HR programs, and processing and operating to Command requirements, goals, mission, and vision using HR concepts, principles, laws and regulations.
