Job Duties Warmly greet guests and kick off their Sky Pirates adventure with energy and enthusiasm Help create a safe, exciting, and fun atmosphere for both guests and teammates Deliver exceptional guest service that leaves every visitor smiling and ready to set sail again Keep daily operations running smoothly by following procedures with a positive attitude Answer questions about our products, promotions, and everything Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay has to offer Process transactions quickly and accurately while handling cash like a pro Stay knowledgeable about our offerings so you can confidently assist guests Maintain a clean, safe, and one-of-a-kind experience that upholds Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay’s legendary reputation as a internationally recognized attraction Jump in wherever needed — from cleaning and stocking to concessions and special pirate missions — because teamwork makes the treasure shine!

Qualifications
