Data Migration Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst with a strong background in implementing SaaS solutions and managing data transitions between complex systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into our solution.

What You’ll Do Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc. Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into Niko. Health’s platform Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Prior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments.
