Assistant Property Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our awesome team and while being responsible for maintaining and caring for our 125 unit senior living facility.

Our ideal candidate for the Assistant Property Manager position apartment management or related field management experience.

Responsibilities include

assisting with handling day-to-day operations such as handling daily tenant relations, HUD compliance and procedures, including certifications and annual re-certifications, MORs and REAC inspections, and maintaining the property according to Silvercrest Mission Statement and HUD requirements.
