Marketing Rewards Representative - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Under the supervision of the Foxwoods Rewards Shift Manager, the Marketing Rewards Rep is the face of the Foxwoods Resort Casino experience. This role focuses on driving brand loyalty by enrolling new club members, accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs while providing excellent customer service to internal and external guests.

Provides a welcome reception to all guests arriving by bus or car and extends information on schedules, attractions, promotions, and events to ensure a pleasant experience. Provides information on the property and promotional events along with registering and assisting players at the Rewards Desk and VIP Player’s Lounge.

High school diploma or GED; one (1) year of customer service experience required.
