Position: Senior Performance Media Buyer (Sport betting / Affiliate) Location: Remote | Full-Time About the Business We operate two performance-based betting brands: Sektor1 – Performance betting & prediction group focused on CPA monetization, content-driven funnels, and community-based sales systems. Viking Bets – Scandinavian-focused betting brand specializing in sports & esports traffic, affiliate CPA models, and paid media scaling.

Combined monthly revenue: $250,000–$300,000+ Main markets: EU (Scandinavia, Balkans, DACH), expanding internationally. Business model: Affiliate CPA + performance marketing + paid media scaling. Main objection (March/April)- Merging 2 businesses into 1 international brand gathering all GEOs, ambassadors & staff team together.

The Role We are hiring a senior-level media buyer with strong experience in high-risk/gray-hat verticals (betting, gambling, crypto). This is not an entry-level role.

• Advanced Meta Ads experience
• Proven gray-hat media buying experience
• Experience in betting / gambling / crypto verticals
• Experience scaling large budgets
• Strong creative testing & optimization skills
• Ability to maintain stable CPA while scaling
• Comfortable operating in affiliate CPA models
