• Closing Supervisor position As a Team Lead
• Closing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping Candeeland Chandler running smoothly, delighting our guests and maintaining a clean and well-managed space. You’ll: Lead, coordinate, and train a team of amazing staff members, specifically during the evening and closing hours of normal business operation Support in hosting parties and events that create unforgettable memories Foster a positive, energetic team culture that motivates the team and brings joy to everyone who walks through our doors What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience leading a team or managing a retail or entertainment venue Retail &/or cafe experience managing end-of-shift cash register count and documentation Strong organizational skills and natural leadership ability Passion for creating a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment for staff and guests alike Previous experience working with children is a bonus Either Part-Time or Full-Time employee Salary $15.5 - $17 per hour
