Job description

Comprehensive management of the supply chain from demand planning to customer delivery. Responsibility for the operational purchasing of the company and procurement activities management. Managing the search, selection, and evaluation of suppliers including leading tender processes. Managing negotiation of business terms, prices, contracts, and service levels (SLA).

Inventory, stock management, and working capital optimization. Production planning, material flows, and coordination of logistics processes. Identification and management of risks in the supply chain. Implementation of process improvements leading to increased efficiency and cost reduction. Collaboration with production, finance, sales, quality, and customer service departments.

Monitoring key KPIs (inventory turns, forecast accuracy, savings, lead time, etc.) Leading and developing the procurement and planning team. Supporting the digitalization and automation of supply chain processes. We offer Key managerial role with a direct impact on company results. Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, or S&OP processes. Experience with digitalization and automation projects in the supply chain. University/college degree in economics, engineering, or logistics. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement. Demonstrable experience in purchasing management, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management. Analytical thinking and focus on data and results. Experience with ERP systems (INFOR, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Very good knowledge of MS Excel. English language at a communicative level (min. B2). Ability to lead changes, projects, set processes, and motivate a team.
