• Childress, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Full Time Works as an RN supervisor under the leadership of the ER Nursing Director. Responsible for trauma data management and performance improvement. Coordinates trauma care services to ensure compliance with trauma center designated standards. Acts as a resource and consultant to all patient care areas regarding care of the trauma patient. Coordinates continuing educational trauma care activities for the hospital. Performs other duties as assigned. Assists in staffing as needed. Takes rotating manager call.

Qualifications

ER experience required. Must be highly organized and be able to work with Excel spreadsheets. Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Texas. BSN preferred. BLS, TNCC or ATCN, ENPC, ACLS, PALS; CEN or TCRN preferred. Complete TOPIC course and AAAM Introduction to AIS course within 6 months of hire.
