Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. Experience working in a residential property Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and reporting larger issues to management. Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any concerns to the property management team.
