You’ll handle bulk/volume hiring/ Blue collar hiring for internal business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions using various job portals and recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities Manage bulk and volume hiring for internal requirements Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (bulk/volume hiring preferred) Hands-on experience with job portals (Apna,.
