Immunization Coordinator (Poway/Lakeside)

Join Neighborhood Healthcare as an Immunization Coordinator and play a key role in protecting the health of our communities. In this collaborative position, you’ll help ensure clinics are equipped with the vaccines needed to provide timely patient care while supporting compliance with immunization guidelines & regulations.

Working closely with the immunization team, you’ll help maintain high-quality program standards and provide support across multiple clinic locations. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with workdays in Poway (Monday & Tuesday), Lakeside (Thursday & Friday), and alternating Wednesdays between locations.
