Job description
Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to test our website and internal tools, ensuring a seamless experience for users and our internal team. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in product management.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing on the StarClinch website and internal tools. Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. Conduct regression testing to ensure stability post-updates and feature implementations.
Develop test cases, test scripts, and documentation for efficient testing workflows. Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and potential product improvements. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather insights for product enhancements.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in QA/testing for web applications. Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and regression testing. Experience using JIRA for reporting and tracking issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey feedback effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred: Interest in transitioning into a product management role in the future.
