Full-Time Maintenance & Renovations Manager

Homestead Village is a thriving non-profit, CARF-CCAC accredited, Life Plan Community located just outside downtown Lancaster. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Renovations Manager to lead our team as we continue to enhance independence and dignity for all our Residents.

The Maintenance & Renovations Manager oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance & Renovations Departments, including building systems. mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire & life safety, preventative maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, and refresh projects throughout Homestead Village.
