School Psychologist | New York | School-Based Position Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally? We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to join a collaborative New York school team in a full-time, school-based role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and educators to create supportive learning environments where all students can thrive.

As a School Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to support student learning and well-being. You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations, assist with IEP development, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions. Your work will help identify learning needs, address behavioral and social-emotional challenges, and promote positive outcomes across the school community.

Position Details: Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and program planning. Support intervention development using data-driven and evidence-based practices. Support school-wide initiatives related to mental health, behavior, and student wellness.

Conduct psycho-educational assessments and prepare clear, compliant evaluation reports. Assist with progress monitoring and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Requirements

Valid New York State School Psychologist certification. Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Strong knowledge of special education regulations and evaluation procedures.
