Job description
As a Superintendent with Findorff, you’ll lead field operations from project kickoff through completion, owning execution, team coordination, and jobsite performance. You’ll direct and supervise field personnel and subcontractors, manage schedules, labor, and cost performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
Because our work spans a wide range of project types, sizes, and complexities, no two projects look exactly the same. What stays consistent is your role as a hands-on leader, able to build strong relationships across project teams, lead by example, and contribute to the growth and development of others through training and mentorship.
