About the Position We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Director of Compliance who is passionate about promoting a strong culture of compliance, managing regulatory risk, and supporting the Bank’s continued success. In this role, you will work closely with senior management and employees across all departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing guidance and practical solutions that support the Bank’s operations and strategic objectives.

The Director of Compliance is responsible for overseeing and administering the Bank’s Compliance Management Program, ensuring adherence to federal and state banking regulations, and identifying and mitigating compliance risks. This position provides leadership in regulatory compliance, policy development, monitoring and testing, employee training, and regulatory examinations while promoting a proactive approach to compliance throughout the Bank.

What We're Looking For

Education

& Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant banking compliance experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of five years of experience in banking compliance or a related regulatory compliance role required.

Experience administering a Compliance Management Program, conducting compliance reviews, and managing regulatory examinations preferred. Prior supervisory or management experience preferred. Professional compliance certification, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), preferred.
