As a Medicare-certified home health agency (CT DPH License 9915730), our aides work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist to help patients recover and stay safe at home.

Full-time and part-time schedules, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility assistance Assist with exercises and activities assigned by the nurse or therapist Take and record vital signs; observe and report changes in condition Light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders Document each visit accurately in our clock-in app Requirements Connecticut Home Health Aide certification or CNA on the Connecticut Nurse Aide Registry (required) Prior home care or facility experience preferred Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred CPR certification preferred Ability to pass a background check Compensation: $18.

00 - $23.00 per hour, paid weekly.
