Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Assist the General Manager in the overall management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations and address any issues or concerns that arise. Guest Satisfaction:
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and prompt resolution of guest complaints.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Financial Management:
• Assist in the development and management of the hotel's budget, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control costs.
• Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Conduct regular meetings and trainings to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their duties.
• Provide support and guidance to staff, addressing performance issues as needed. Sales and Marketing:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.
• Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings as needed.
• Assist in the development of sales and marketing plans and promotional activities. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain emergency procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazard Compensation & Financial Incentives Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year . Final salary placement is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications. Performance Incentives: Eligible for performance-based incentive programs tied to individual and team goals.
