Senior Permanent Recruiter

Permanent Placement Recruiter Critical Connections, Inc. (CCI) Reports To: Recruiting Manager, Perm Location: Remote; preference in the DC, Maryland, Virginia region Schedule: Fulltime; 40 hours Position Summary The Permanent Placement Recruiter supports CCI's growing perm desk, recruiting therapy clinicians for direct hire roles with a large health system client and other permanent openings in our system.

This is a full desk role. Your primary focus is recruiting for our established health system client, working closely with the Recruiting Manager, Perm to fill PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, and hand therapy openings across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will also build new opportunity by finding permanent openings with other healthcare employers for strong candidates in your network.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement Source therapy clinicians through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our careers site, referrals, and student and campus events. Screen candidates for licensure, experience, setting fit, schedule, and compensation expectations. Present openings in a consultative way that highlights the opportunity and the client's culture.

Placement Execution Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage offers, start dates, and pre-employment steps in partnership with the client's HR team. Check in with new hires through their first 90 days to support a successful start and retention. Business Development Market strong candidates to healthcare employers to uncover new permanent openings.

Build relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders at new clients, and manage the openings you bring in. Partner with CCI leadership on fee agreements and client setup for new accounts. Systems & Partnership Keep candidate records, activity, and placements current and accurate in Target. Recruit/Salesforce. Partner with the Recruiting Manager, Perm on priorities, pipeline reviews, and client feedback.

Share market insights on candidate availability and compensation trends. Success Measures Success in this role is measured by: Placements per month, against the ramp schedule shared at hire New client openings and placements generated Weekly submittals and interviews scheduled 90-day retention of placed candidates Candidate and hiring manager experience Data accuracy in our ATS Qualifications Required 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or permanent placement.

Comfort with high-volume outreach and a steady weekly activity rhythm. Confidence reaching out to hiring managers to market candidates and uncover new openings. Strong communication skills by phone, text, and email. Self-directed and organized, able to produce in a remote, part time schedule. Experience with an ATS or CRM.

Preferred Experience recruiting therapy clinicians (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, CHT). Experience recruiting for a hospital or health system. Experience with Salesforce or Target. Recruit.

Compensation

$60,000 - $65,000, based on experience Commission of 10% of the placement fee on recruiting, and 20% when you also bring in the client opening. CCI and Elite365 are equal opportunity employers.
