Inbound Support Associate

At Imperial, we sell, distribute, and service General Merchandise, Seasonal Products, and Health/Beauty/Wellness Products to our customers. The Inbound Support Associate supports warehouse operations by safely transporting materials, equipment, and products throughout the facility. This role assists inbound teams by moving totes and carts, supplying workstations, and organizing pallets and materials across multiple warehouse levels.

Responsibilities include

moving full and empty carts, clearing empty pallets, and performing general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment. This position requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and transporters.
