• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee and drive the performance of our branch sales operations at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, capable of managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the bank's customer base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a high-performance culture within the branch.

Responsibilities

:- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed business growth and revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the bank’s customer base and increase market share within the branch territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate customers, and community stakeholders to drive business development.

Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making. Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal controls to mitigate risks. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales capabilities and professional growth.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor financial solutions that meet customer needs and market demands. Resolve complex customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

Identify market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales and relationship management within the financial services sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
