Construction Labourer

Equation Staffing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers to support our clients as they prepare for the busy 2026 construction season. These positions are temporary in nature; however, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to gain work across a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

General site cleanup and debris removal. Assisting skilled trades as required. Material handling and moving supplies. Operating basic hand and power tools. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite. Following all site safety procedures and instructions.

Qualifications

Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required). Ability to perform physically demanding work. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work gloves. Reliable transportation to job sites (strong asset). Strong work ethic and punctuality.

CSTS, WHMIS, or other safety tickets are a strong asset.
