Social Services Professional (Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Care Coordinators)

Public Health – Seattle & King County is seeking three (3) career service Social Services Professionals (Substance Use Disorder Care Coordinators)  to provide a broad range of services, including screening for substance use disorders, connecting patients with community MOUD treatment providers, distributing naloxone, and providing overdose prevention and response education.
