Duties And Responsibilities
Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, VAV boxes, air handlers, central plants, controls/DDC, large-tonnage equipment, and both wet-side (hydronic) and dry-side (air-side) applications. Ensure all work complies with codes, regulations, manufacturer specifications, EPA requirements, and Modigent safety/quality standards. Requirements/Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of progressive hands-on commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience; proven journeyman-level proficiency in diagnosing and resolving advanced system issues independently.
