Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, referral partners, and other industry contacts Guide borrowers through available mortgage solutions and provide clear, timely communication throughout the loan process Originate residential mortgage loans in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and company policies Maintain all required state Mortgage Loan Originator licenses and registrations Utilize CRM, Encompass, and company technology to effectively manage leads, applications, loan activity, and client relationships Partner with internal processing, underwriting, and operations teams to help facilitate an efficient and seamless loan process Maintain current knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry trends What We Offer: Competitive commission structure Access to a broad range of mortgage products and lending solutions to serve diverse borrower needs Advanced technology and resources designed to support an efficient origination process Experienced in-house processing and underwriting support Marketing and business development resources to support client and referral partner relationships Dedicated operational and onboarding support Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities Collaborative environment with support from experienced mortgage professionals across the organization Qualifications: Active Mortgage Loan Originator license(s), as required by applicable state and federal regulations Experience originating residential mortgage loans Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client and referral partner relationships Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills Working knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness Self-motivated, results oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
