Senior Specialist SAP Applications - Finance

About the Role

As a Senior Specialist in SAP Applications, you will provide technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of SAP or S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with DKSH's global business needs, particularly in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.

What You Will Deliver Lead the development and enhancement of SAP or S/4HANA FICO applications. Provide guidance and mentorship to specialists. Ensure functional design aligns with DKSH's SAP architecture and standards. Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement end-to-end SAP or S/4HANA FICO solutions.

Design custom solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF). Optimize and troubleshoot existing solutions for performance and scalability. Support deployment and post-go-live activities, ensuring system integrity and performance. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of SAP applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a finance-related field. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP or S/4HANA FICO.

Strong understanding of finance business operations. Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP or S/4HANA FICO and different project methodologies. Deep expertise in SAP or S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), and integration with SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP).

Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences and demonstrate strong listening and comprehension.
