💵Pay Range: $18-20 per hour, based on experience and case needs🕒7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm Shifts Available🏡About the RoleProvide direct 1-on-1 skilled nursing care for an adult client with a thoracic spinal cord injury, focusing on respiratory maintenance, mobility support, and daily therapy routines. You will have nursing support during your shift to maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic home environment.

✅ResponsibilitiesAssist withmobility and transfersto prevent falls Providebasic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing Monitor and assist withoxygen therapyas needed Preparelight snacks or drinksupon request Offercompanionship and emotional reassurancethroughout the shift Assist inpositioning and turningto prevent discomfort Document and reportchanges in client conditionpromptly Respond to emergencies following proper procedures Perform duties as outlined in thepatient’s plan of careMonitor client’sphysical and mental condition, intake/output, and exercise Maintain asafe, clean, and healthycare environment Followprofessional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements📝Qualifications CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred Experience working withfall-risk and mobility-impaired clientsstrongly desired Must be comfortable assisting withpersonal care tasks Reliable, patient, and attentiveto individual needs Comfortable working in aprivate home settingAbility towork independentlyand follow a care plan Strongoral and written communicationskills Ability tofollow verbal and written instructionsComfortable usingtablets/computers for documentationStrongattention to detailand ability to follow all care protocols Ability to addressminor medical concernsas they arise ✅Documentation RequirementsTo be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following:Valid Driver’s License Current CPR Certification Clear Background Check Negative TB Test Results Proof of Auto Insurance(with your name listed on the policy) We’re looking for caregivers who are patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
