You’ll use our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic system, mobile technology, and proven sales process to understand customer needs and recommend products that improve their sleep. What We’re Looking For Motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy helping customers Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a retail schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom activities and customer purchases Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills are a plus Previous retail, sales, furniture, mattress, commissioned sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and reserve an interview time for our Open House Interview Day.
