Responsibilities

Support community plans and the execution of online and offline programs across multiple cities Manage WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and Groups, including setup, member acquisition, and engagement Coordinate with Field Office teams to introduce programs and acquire community members Plan and distribute content, including WhatsApp blast captions, in collaboration with the creative team Respond to member inquiries, collect feedback, and coordinate complaint resolution with relevant teams Track community growth, digital adoption, content performance, and program effectiveness Travel to support community activities and coordination as needed Requirements Available for 6 months period internship Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed their studies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable managing online communities and engaging with members Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment Available to travel outside the city on a weekly basis Familiarity with WhatsApp Communities, social media, or community management is a plus
