Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities. This position supports the safe and efficient operation of the property by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
