Under the general supervision of the Financial Aid Director, the Financial Aid Specialist provides technical, administrative, and professional support for the College’s financial aid programs. The position serves as the primary technical resource for financial aid systems and processes, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial aid data and operations.

The     Financial Aid Specialist engages students in a manner that enhances the student experience while delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the financial aid process.
