As a trusted provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), we're looking for a motivated, solutions-oriented Complex Rehab Lead to join our growing Harrisburg team. What You'll Do

As a Complex Rehab Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients who depend on specialized mobility and rehabilitation equipment to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include

Coordinate rehab patient accounts from intake through delivery and funding approval Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, therapists, physicians, and referral sources Manage insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation requirements Prepare and process orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with ATPs, clinicians, and internal departments to keep accounts moving forward Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could delay patient care or equipment delivery Maintain accurate documentation and account records within company systems Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and patient experience Act as a dependable resource within the department by helping prioritize work, sharing knowledge, and promoting team success What We're Looking For Successful candidates will bring a combination of customer service, organization, problem-solving, and leadership qualities.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in the home and durable medical industry required Medicare/Medicaid experience required High School Diploma or Technical Degree required (college coursework or degree preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet-based applications Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, or rehab services is a plus Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
