The Role Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome What Sets You Apart
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or service industry
• Deep interest in fashion
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
