Senior Federal Contracts Compliance Lead

The Senior Federal Contracts Compliance Lead is a senior, hands-on individual contributor who performs the full range of compliance activities across assigned Aleut Federal entities, federal prime contracts, task orders, and contract vehicles. Working within the framework established by the Federal Contracts Compliance Manager, the Lead independently manages recurring and moderately complex SBA 8(a), entity, limitations-on-subcontracting, performance-of-work, bona fide place-of-business, Business Activity Target, federal reporting, SAM.

gov, and GSA or other vehicle requirements. The position also manages an assigned portfolio of federal prime contracts, performs cradle-to-grave administration, and promptly escalates novel, material, cross-entity, or high-risk matters.
