Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to support accurate, timely client billing across our organization and affiliated companies. This role plays a critical part in connecting operations, finance, and clients - ensuring billing integrity while continuously improving processes and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and import procedural data into the accounting system to ensure complete and accurate client billing. Reconcile billing inputs against production reports, forms, emails, and other documentation. Support deposit processing and accurate cash application activities. Analyze production data and billing inputs to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.

Provide feedback and training to field operations and professional services teams to enhance data quality and billing accuracy. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to invoicing and account balances. Research and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely, professional, and client-focused manner.

Proactively identify and address recurring issues impacting client satisfaction.

Requirements

Microsoft Office skills preferred (including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams). High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work onsite in our beautiful Sioux Center, IA location.
