Operations Supervisor AL

The Operations Supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager and the other Operations Supervisors to supervise all operation technicians to include their daily activities to ensure the plant is running efficiently. The role coordinates activities including but not limited to safety, and process training, shift assignments, inventory, production scheduling, quality and environmental activities for team members, process, and equipment, in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Coordinate and provide support to other operational roles.
