Warehouse Rework Associate

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Location: Knoxville, TN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position Overview The Rework Department is seeking a dependable Rework Associate with production or warehouse experience. This role involves general inspection, packaging, palletizing, and material movement to support daily workflow.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general inspection and visual quality checks on products Package, rework, and prepare materials for shipment Palletize products and load carts as needed Assist with shipping and receiving tasks Stock, organize, and load warehouse inventory daily Count and document inventory on a rotating basis to maintain accurate records Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable with repetitive motion and physical labor Must wear steel‑toe shoes starting Day 1 Qualifications Previous production, warehouse, or rework experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Production: 1 year (Preferred) Rework: 1 year (Preferred) Quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Knoxville, TN 37924 (Required) Work Location: In person
