Continuous Improvement: Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to streamline assembly, improve product reliability and reduce component variation. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days Days 1–45: Complete a deep-dive audit of our lead model line.

Establish the core component standards, master schematics and connector families that will serve as the template for the entire product lineup. Days 46–90: Apply the master template to target problem areas acros s other product lines, isolating and resolving intermittent network dropouts and layout constraints on the production floor.
