About the Mailing & Fulfillment Center We support local and national customers by managing mailing and fulfillment projects from start to finish. From preparing bulk mailings and operating equipment to assembling materials and ensuring quality, our team plays a key role in delivering reliable results — and we’ve been doing it successfully for decades.

What You'll Do

You’ll support daily production and equipment operations while helping keep everything running smoothly. This includes: Operating mailing and production equipment Monitoring quality control standards Performing routine maintenance and minor equipment adjustments Staying current on mail regulations Training team members as directed Loading, unloading, delivering, and picking up materials Supporting customers and working closely with your team Schedule & Pay: Job Type: Full-time | Monday thru Friday | 1:00pm - 9:00pm.

Pay: From $18.89 per hour.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent One year mailing or printing work experience required. Must have computer skills to include basic equipment set-up operations, and equipment troubleshooting. Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English with internal and external customers of Adelante, and have the ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.

Other Requirements: Must be able to pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance. Must have reliable transportation and agency insurable driving record. Must have excellent eye-hand coordination to safely operate equipment.

Must be able to lift 50lbs., push, pull, bend, stoop continuously. Must be able to perform typing/keyboarding, crouch, kneel frequently. Must be able to lift 70 - 100 lbs. occasionally.
