Police Officer (UPJ)

Ensures public safety in a multi-cultural environment. Police Officer duties include: vehicular and foot patrol of University property; enforcement of criminal and traffic laws; protection of persons and property; investigation of crimes; completion of police reports; testimony in court; and assistance to other law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or other related field from an accredited college or University and must have obtained Pennsylvania Act 120 certification prior to appointment; possess a valid PA driver's license as well as a safe driving record.
