Assembly line Fixture and SPM machine assembly and proving

Fixture machining process (Milling, Turning and welding process) Develop and manufacture fixtures for machining and production requirements. Possess strong knowledge of machining processes including Milling, Turning, Drilling, and Welding. Study and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.

Coordinate with design and production teams for fixture development and process improvements. Plan and monitor fixture manufacturing activities to ensure quality and timely delivery. Conduct dimensional inspection of machined and fabricated components using measuring instruments. Perform fixture assembly and machine assembly as per technical requirements.

Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues. Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
