Position – Assisted Living Caregiver Location: Wellington Place at Rib Mountain – Rib Mountain, WI (On-site) Status: Full-time & Part-Time Schedule: Currently hiring for our PM Shift (2PM -10PM. Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays

In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accordingly. Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries. Provide companionship and emotional support during evening hours. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care. Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members. ____________________ Qualifications: Required: Must have good communication skills Must be able to read, write and communicate in English Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations. Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings.
