Warehouse Supervisor

Tellworks Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company known for its entrepreneurial spirit and agility. Primary Job Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for the accuracy and quality of all outbound processes. Troubleshoot problems including discrepancies, system processing issues, and operational opportunities and provide corrective action to resolve.

Record and monitor KPI’s (SLA’s) per contract; working with Management as needed to rectify and resolve issues that have contributed to underperformance. Ensure that all processes related to department tasks are followed and take corrective action when not followed. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Drive process improvement and warehouse process standardization; ensuring that training is completed as needed Drive Safety Initiative; ensuring that the facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
