The Personal Lines Client Manager is a sharp, steady, and highly organized insurance professional who elevates TIG’s client experience and strengthens the internal service standards of TIG’s Personal Lines practice. This role is fully dedicated to exceptional client management—owning the details, anticipating needs, and ensuring a seamless, proactive, and professional experience throughout the insurance lifecycle.
You will manage a defined book of business and operate as a trusted partner to both clients and internal Advisors. Your work helps clients reduce friction, understand options, and feel confident in their risk and insurance decisions. You will also support internal excellence by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong marketing posture with carriers.
