Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as an engineer and later earned my MBA from LSU Shreveport. I also have experience in financial advising and worked with New York Life as both an agent and in management, which has helped shape a well-rounded approach to leadership and development.

I’m married with four children and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Family and community are both very important to me and play a big role in how I run the office. I stay actively involved in the community, serving as a Rotary President and participating in the police jury, along with other local initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
