Minimum Qualifications

Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure Preferred Qualifications Experience in Post-Acute care preferred Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of therapists while delivering person-centered care through Age.
