Waad Education is a specialized educational company in Jeddah, encompassing three schools: Dar Al Dhikr, Waad Academy, and Bloom Schools. Our mission is to employ top-tier educational solutions to foster a dynamic society where children thrive and parents and educators excel in delivering excellence. We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist who is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the school’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

The role supports staff, students, and administrative functions to enhance the learning environment through reliable technology services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in IT support (experience in education sector is preferred). Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking. Familiarity with educational technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, smart boards). Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
